step 1 - water

I know what you're thinking right now: "Tell me something I don't know!". But wait, I promised to share every important detail so I would love to start from the very beginning.

Water is important to human life, isn't it? This seems pretty basic. Water is more important - every dermatologist tells us that hydration is an essential element to younger looking skin and drinking water is vital to the process.
Getting enough water for proper hydration is a key strategy in maintaining your health and anti-aging program. The human body is 61.8 % water by weight. And skin also contains much water.

No water = Your skin loses water too = Little lines and wrinkles start to show up = ...

It is never too late to establish good habits, such as drinking enough water. It will help you:
  • To maintain an adequate hydration level. Adult low-active (non-athletic) people need approximately 7 cups of water daily!
  • Water assists in the flushing or removal of harmful toxins from the body.
  • Drinking water helps to increase the energy level and helps to lubricate the joints in the body. With inadequate amounts of water flowing through the body, toxins can build up in the body and escape through skin pores. This contributes to acne.
P.S. Every time you wash your hands, don't forget to wash your body from inside!

P.P.S. I've already took 3 cups today! And what about you??
